The Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) was the first and is still the most respected agile certification. It is the starting point on your journey to agility or a reflection point if you are an experienced practitioner.
Grow-Lean’s CSM is a reality based, fun, interactive, hands-on, workshop where everything you need is included, with no surprise cost. You get material to prepare for the session, an engaging event delivered by an experience agile coach / trainer, and six full practice exams.
After the session we pay for, and register you, with the Scrum Alliance. You can take the exam immediately or you can wait. You take it from any computer/smartphone with Internet access.
After passing the exam you are a Certified ScrumMaster. More importantly you are in a better position to advance your career and your organization.

Refund Policies
What happens if you can't attend
We try to avoid cancellations and expect you to be similarly respectful; so there are fees associated with cancellations to cover a portion of costs we incur, including credit card processing.
Grow-Lean has established policies around situations where you as an attendee, or Grow-Lean as a host, must cancel or reschedule. Grow-Lean's policies are significantly more consumer-friendly than most other training providers. We do this because we realize that unforeseen things happen, but we ask that you be thoughtful about canceling late so we can continue to put our customers first.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests received at least sixteen (16) days prior to the event will receive a 100% refund minus a 5% credit card processing fee.
Cancellation requests received fifteen (15) to eight (8) days prior to the event will receive a 100% refund minus a 5% credit card processing fee and a $125 late cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests received seven (7) or less days prior to the event will receive a credit equal to 50% of the amount paid that can be applied to any future event that the registrant will take in the next twelve months.
Reschedule Requests
Reschedule requests received at least sixteen (16) days prior to the event will have no fees for the first request. Additional reschedule requests will be subject to a $125 transfer fee.

Grow-Lean Reschedule Events
We try to avoid rescheduling. If Grow-Lean needs to reschedule, all registrants will promptly receive a 100% refund. Registrants may decide to be transferred into the rescheduled event, or another upcoming event, instead of the refund if they desire.

Donald Patti is an experienced agile trainer, coach and consultant. He is known for his strong business and software development acumen. Don has implemented agile across a variety of industries, teams and organizations. Don has successfully founded and grown two entrepreneurial businesses during his career and consulted to well-respected organizations. David Bulkin is a fantastic instructor, offering guidance and helpful hints, while agilely managing the chats. The course content was clear, concise, and comprehensible. Assisting the Developers and the Product Owner

Ensure they understand and apply self-management. As one example related to the Developers and the Product Owner,
the Developers should significant levels autonomy and authority at Sprint Planning.

Had the pleasure to take Donald Patti's Certified Scrum Master training, and as always his structure and content delivery makes it very easy to follow intense course work. There are many simulations and group exercises discussed through Miro board with Zoom breakout rooms for team discussions. Don makes his class very engaging, and quite entertaining with metaphors and real life examples. I previously took his SAFe POPM class and I personally find him to be a tremendous teacher.
