Don Patti was an amazing instructor. He immersed us into our learning through practice scrum situations. When we were not sure about something, he never made us feel "dumb". He was patient and re-directed his lesson until we understood. I really enjoyed his class!

Hands down the best virtual training course that I have done. Donald Patti's professionalism, preparation, dedication to course material, and engagement created the perfect learning environment. He facilitated an exceptional class that will get you across the CSM "finish line" with a beautiful new badge to add to your resume.

Great course, Don kept things moving along and interesting for all of us. Good balance of typical "lecture" class and interactive activities. Highly recommended if you are looking for a CSM or first Agile certification. If you already have another Agile cert, this course is going to be about 70% review of Agile and Scrum principles and maybe 30% focused on the Scrum Master's role. I honestly enjoyed the review though.

I enjoyed Don Patti. He made practical lessons and easy to relate to similes helping to enhance the retention. Also the tools provided during and post class allowed me to go into the test with confidence. And not to boast but I passed with a 100%, thanks to their help, on the first attempt.

Don was an excellent trainer who kept all the students engaged. I enjoyed the interactions and games we played on Miro as teams. That to me helped me better understand the topic at hand. He had good jokes that made us laugh to lighten the mood/day. I would definitely refer a friend to his class because he made sure to address the topics, we wanted to learn more about at length.

It was a super informative session and my trainer, Don Patti, was so fun and friendly! We learned so much in such a short amount of time and it was extremely helpful for helping me get my certification.

Don did a great job explaining the basics of Agile in an engaging way. I followed the guidance he gave and got 100 on the exam. The test itself was not too difficult and the skipping #1 trick worked just fine. Thank You for all the help.

This course was informational and enjoyable. Even though the participants had varying levels of work experience, Don Patti moved the course along at a great pace. He had SO MUCH content prepared, which allowed him to ask the participants which topics were of most interest to us and customize the activities to address those key topics. Don was a fantastic instructor!

I loved the interactive portion of this training. I appreciated getting to work in a small group and collaborate on various activities to practice the skills we were learning. The kahoot games helped me solidify what I had learned in the training and it was fun! Thanks, Don!

this was an excellent course! It was overloaded with material but Donald managed to go though all of it with a enough level of detail. I appreciate deep and wide experience and knowledge which Donald shared with us. He clearly distinquished 'official' state of the art and his own opinions during discussions. He supported the discussions and our activity (without it, remotly, it wouldn't be possible to stay active and take this amount of knowledge). The tools, technology etc worked perfectly and even when something was wrong Donald reacted quickly and effectively and modified the way of running the course in the best way. All answers, even not really about S@S were answered deeply enough. I will recommned Donald to all my colleagues :)

The breakout group exercises were fantastic. Don covered everything he needed to about Agile/Scrum. That class moved along quickly and held my interest the entire weekend. I took the class on the weekend and passed the exam with a 94% on Monday morning. A fantastic experience.

The CSM course taught by Don Patti was a fantastic experience. It was engaging, interactive and informative and an excellent use of my time. I highly recommend! (Also, Don's class helped me score 100% on the test.)

I found Don's training to be incredibly engaging, thoughtful and fun! I was actually sad when it ended. Don's teaching, coaching, training materials and team exercises prepared me incredibly well for the exam. I took the exam less than 24hrs following the training and passed with a 98% score. Had the pleasure to take Donald Patti's Certified Scrum Master training, and as always his structure and content delivery makes it very easy to follow intense course work. There are many simulations and group exercises discussed through Miro board with Zoom breakout rooms for team discussions. Don makes his class very engaging, and quite entertaining with metaphors and real life examples. I previously took his SAFe POPM class and I personally find him to be a tremendous teacher. Highly recommend taking Don's classes.

This is one of the best PD courses I've ever taken. It moved at a good pace, covered all relevant points, and had relevant group exercises. Amazing introduction to scrum and agile frameworks. As a part of a start-up, we needed solutions that could scale and provide the same agility we needed to innovate. DP at Grow lean kept the class engaged, wasn't afraid to provide feedback and correction in a humorous and meaningful way, and inspired students to pursue and agile mindset.

Nothing but THE BEST ONLINE CLASS SECTION I ever attended, if I can give Don Patti 10 stars I will because I was new to scrum and it shows in my class responses the first day but after that, on the second day scrum became more easier and I can boast that after the class I am where I need to be but all praise goes to Don Parti explanations, videos and the way he grouped the class makes it fun and helpful. It helps me a lot and I responded to everything like a scrum professional on the second day with no fears or worries like the first day. All I can say is THANK YOU Don Patti ????????

Excellent overall instructor and educational materials. Pace of course was effective. As a retired educator of 30 years in the higher education classroom, this instructor provided instruction that enabled everyone in the course to learn all the information that was included in the course. I have very high praise for his integrity and ability to perform instruction at the highest level. Hope I can take more of Don's classes in the future. I do not hesitate to provide others with my highest recommendation for Don's ability to train, educate, and support his students.

Don did a fantastic job delivering a ton of content and keeping the pacing steady but also consumable. He was easy going and friendly which created an environment for all of us to connect and share. I recommended further reducing the amount of time spent on the Implementation Backlog since that technique seemed easy to master.

Don did a great job at taking such a large concept like Scrum@Scale and breaking it down to a level that it is easy to digest and understand in class. He had good answers to questions brought up throughout the sessions. His team activities were fun, interactive, and educational.
