Intellectual Property Policy Summary
All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, interactive boards, practice exams, presentations, handouts, and assessments, are the
intellectual property of Grow-Lean and are protected by copyright law.
You may not record, photograph, livestream, distribute copies of, alter, or otherwise capture or reproduce the
training, the training material,
or images of other attendees, for any reason.
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use course materials for your own personal learning and may not reproduce or distribute them in any form without the express written consent of Grow-Lean.
Any unauthorized use or distribution of course materials will be considered a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.
If you wish to use course materials for any purpose other than personal learning, you must obtain written permission from Grow-Lean.
Grow-Lean reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
