Five weeks ago I hasn’t even heard about the concept of Agile Development. Last night I passed the CSM exam and was able to score 96%. This success is almost entirely down to the fantastic structure and clarity of the training course offered by Grow Lean, and the bright, supportive, positive and inspiring tutition of highly experienced trainer Don Patti. Taking a Grow Lean class means you benefit from their years of industry experience and course development. With the educational materials all being well refined and honed to give you clear and detailed information. It’s also worth pointing out just how much FUN the class is to take. For me that enjoyment of the experience was all down to the excellent atmosphere and approach of trainer Don Patti, and the highly enjoyable learning experience he has crafted as part of Grow Lean. Grow Lean also provide a lot of support with using Miro, and with practice exams. It cannot be overstated just how useful those practice tests are. Huge respect and appreciation is also due to the other learners on the course who also helped make this such a fun and positive experience.

Don Patti teaching style is awesome. I didn't had to dose off in my chair for 1 bit and Don kept it so interesting and made us all smile with his itty bitty jokes that made me interactive during the whole 3 days. The best thing, even we are out of time, Don gave us time to answer questions and in detail informing us the agile way and difference between do agile and being agile. I liked our coach Don Patti. Really liked Grow Lean's engaging format. It was interactive, and Don helped us understand the concepts of SCRUM very well via his PowerPoint , the MIRO board, quizzes and examples.

I took the course within 3 days and I had a great instructor-Don Patti. I didn't take my exam until a month and a half later (due to traveling and work) and I still completed in a very timely manner with a 94% passing rate. The course definitely helped and prepared me, studying the scrum guide, the scrum slides, flash cards and taking the practice quizzes. I am excited about my new journey and my next step will be an A-CSM!! Thank you!!

The Grow-Lean Certified Scrum Master class was very well organized, with real life examples and multiple team practice exercises that reinforced the concepts and practices covered in the course. Our instructor, Don Patti, had a great sense of humor and did an excellent job covering a lot of material and mentoring the group. Great course, Don kept things moving along and interesting for all of us. Good balance of typical "lecture" class and interactive activities. Highly recommended if you are looking for a CSM or first Agile certification. If you already have another Agile cert, this course is going to be about 70% review of Agile and Scrum principles and maybe 30% focused on the Scrum Master's role. I honestly enjoyed the review though.

this was an excellent course! It was overloaded with material but Donald managed to go though all of it with a enough level of detail. I appreciate deep and wide experience and knowledge which Donald shared with us. He clearly distinquished 'official' state of the art and his own opinions during discussions. He supported the discussions and our activity (without it, remotly, it wouldn't be possible to stay active and take this amount of knowledge). The tools, technology etc worked perfectly and even when something was wrong Donald reacted quickly and effectively and modified the way of running the course in the best way. All answers, even not really about S@S were answered deeply enough. I will recommned Donald to all my colleagues :)

Had the pleasure to take Donald Patti's Certified Scrum Master training, and as always his structure and content delivery makes it very easy to follow intense course work. There are many simulations and group exercises discussed through Miro board with Zoom breakout rooms for team discussions. Donald Patti did a great job at keeping the class engaging through powerpoint, discussion, and team exercises.

Don was kind, funny, informative, and attentive. I could tell he is a SME in this subject, and he offered strong, constructive feedback throughout the course. The course was interactive and had a solid mix of instructor-led delivery, breakout sessions, and interactive quizzing to prepare for the exam.

Don did an amazing job instructing the class over the course of a two-day period in preparation for not only the CSM exam, but to assume the duties of a Scrum Master at the conclusion of the course. I highly recommend Don’s course as he remains engaging and energetic throughout the class. I passed the CSM exam immediately following the course with a 98%.

Donald Patti is truly a Scrum professional. His class instruction is relevant and he provides real-world examples to emphasize concepts. Nothing but THE BEST ONLINE CLASS SECTION I ever attended, if I can give Don Patti 10 stars I will because I was new to scrum and it shows in my class responses the first day but after that, on the second day scrum became more easier and I can boast that after the class I am where I need to be but all praise goes to Don Parti explanations, videos and the way he grouped the class makes it fun and helpful. It helps me a lot and I responded to everything like a scrum professional on the second day with no fears or worries like the first day. All I can say is THANK YOU Don Patti ????????

Great Scrum course about scaling. This will be useful as we plan to scale scrum in our organization. Great to have Don taught the course. Don is knowledgeable and connect course materials to the real world. The exercises in class were also useful.

Don did a fantastic job delivering a ton of content and keeping the pacing steady but also consumable. He was easy going and friendly which created an environment for all of us to connect and share. I recommended further reducing the amount of time spent on the Implementation Backlog since that technique seemed easy to master.

Don did a great job at taking such a large concept like Scrum@Scale and breaking it down to a level that it is easy to digest and understand in class. He had good answers to questions brought up throughout the sessions. His team activities were fun, interactive, and educational.

Excellent overall instructor and educational materials. Pace of course was effective. As a retired educator of 30 years in the higher education classroom, this instructor provided instruction that enabled everyone in the course to learn all the information that was included in the course. I have very high praise for his integrity and ability to perform instruction at the highest level. Hope I can take more of Don's classes in the future. I do not hesitate to provide others with my highest recommendation for Don's ability to train, educate, and support his students.

The class with Don went beyond my expectations. For a large amount of educational material, Don was able to simplify everything to make everyone understand the values and retain the information. Don Patti was superb teacher. He did not waver in his energy for teaching SCRUM and Agile to the class. I took the CSM test today and passed with flying colors! It's worth the investment. I highly recommend.
